Your enquiry data is used to answer your project request.

Information we collect

When you submit the enquiry form, we collect your full name, country calling code, phone number, email address, selected requirement, optional property budget and buying timeframe, and contact consent. We may also process limited technical data needed to secure the form and prevent repeated or automated submissions.

Your network country may be read once to suggest the correct phone calling code. We do not request precise device location for this feature. If the hosting network does not provide a country code, country.is may process your network address to return a two-letter country code only when you allow the optional network-country lookup. You can choose the code yourself. A calling code is not treated as your country of residence.

How we use it

Khushi Housing Solutions Pvt Ltd uses the information to respond to your Emaar India Business Centre enquiry, share requested project material, discuss availability and arrange a consultation. A submission does not create an allotment, booking or promise of returns.

Who may receive it

Your enquiry may be handled by project consultant Munish Soni, Khushi Housing Solutions Pvt Ltd, and Eagle View Media Tech, which manages the page and routes enquiries to its authorised lead-handling team by email. Relevant project sales representatives and service providers supporting secure hosting, storage or communications may also receive it. Information is shared only where needed to respond to this enquiry or meet a legal obligation. We do not sell enquiry information to unrelated third parties.

Security and retention

Accepted enquiries are saved in private server storage and queued for email delivery to the authorised team. Email copies are also held in the team's business mailboxes. Information is kept only for as long as needed to manage the enquiry, maintain a record of consent, meet legal requirements or resolve a dispute, after which it should be deleted or anonymised.

Your rights and choices

You may ask to access, correct or delete your submitted information, withdraw future contact consent, or raise a privacy concern, subject to applicable legal requirements. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already completed with valid consent.

Cookies and campaign measurement

Essential storage remembers your privacy choices and avoids processing the same enquiry twice. Privacy preferences last up to 180 days; an enquiry retry identifier lasts for the browser session. These controls do not require advertising consent. You can reopen “Privacy choices” on any page. The enquiry form works with optional features off.

Google Analytics and Taboola measurement are available only when you select the separate optional measurement choice. Before that choice, neither tag is loaded and no page, contact-click or enquiry-conversion event is sent. If you allow it, Google Analytics may receive page views and counts of call, WhatsApp, brochure, email, availability and consultation clicks. Google Analytics receives a conversion event only after a new enquiry is successfully saved. Taboola may receive a page-view event and an enquiry-conversion event after a new enquiry is successfully saved. Campaign click identifiers and allowlisted campaign parameters are held for the browser session and attached to an enquiry only with that choice. Enquiry names, phone numbers, email addresses, free-text details and internal lead identifiers are not sent to Google Analytics or the advertising pixel. Meta Pixel is not active. You can withdraw the optional choice at any time through “Privacy choices”.

Video and external services

The muted hero film is part of the page and uses YouTube’s privacy-enhanced embed without controls or captions. Loading it connects your browser to YouTube/Google, which may receive your IP address and device information. The Munish Soni walkthrough is served directly from this site without an Instagram player. Page fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. Clicking a WhatsApp or email link opens your chosen external service and its privacy terms apply. No message is sent automatically when you click these links.
